HUDSON — Members of Hudson’s Common Council waded deep into the fine print of contract negotiations Tuesday night as they debated compensation for City Clerk Tracy Delaney. Prior to Tuesday night’s meeting, City Treasurer Eileen Halloran cautioned members of the body’s Finance Committee against a resolution on the Common Council’s agenda that conferred more than $3,300 in longevity payments to Delaney.

“In my opinion, the resolution is incomplete,” Halloran said, speaking on the behalf of an earlier decision reached by the Board of Estimate & Apportionment.
