In its most divided vote this year, Hudson’s Common Council agreed to hire the private company Complus Data Innovations to handle its parking ticket enforcement.

Opinions differed on whether it was worth it to pay Complus 13 percent of the city’s ticket revenue for functions some thought the city could do on its own.
