A disagreement between Greater Hudson Promise Neighborhood, Alderwoman Tiffany Garriga, D-2nd Ward, and Bliss Towers Property Manager Jeff First over painting benches on Towers property escalated to numerous residents complaining about the conditions in their apartments and blaming First for those conditions during Wednesday’s Hudson Housing Authority (HHA) Board of Commissioners meeting.
