Home ownership became a dream with a solid foundation for two Hudson families Friday when Columbia County Habitat for Humanity hosted groundbreaking ceremonies at Second and Columbia streets. No ground was broken, but shovels were present and the intent to build was apparent.
Habitat houses are built by a cadre of volunteers, including the families themselves.
