HUDSON — A Columbia County Grand Jury has voted not to indict former city of Hudson Alderman Quintin Cross and an accomplice, Jamont McClendon, on charges they allegedly burglarized Hudson City Hall in March.

New York City-based attorney Susan Tipograph, who represented Cross, said she was notified on Monday in a letter from Columbia County District Attorney Paul Czajka’s Office that the Grand Jury voted “no true bill,” on whether Cross and McClendon should face the burglary charges.
