HUDSON — One day after the Hudson City School District Board of Education took a vote to unanimously accept an offer on the Claverack School for an unnamed price without disclosing the buyer, school officials announced the details of the $390,000 deal.

According to District Superintendent Maria Suttmeier, the buyer is Country Girl Properties LLC, whose principal is Traditions Linens owner Shari Kline. Country Girl Properties LLC, through an attorney, made a written offer of $390,000 for the property, which was accepted by the board on Monday. Kline confirmed that she was the buyer on Tuesday, saying she intends to use the former school to consolidate her manufacturing business, which has locations in Claverack and Livingston.
