The four remaining tenants of 405 Warren St. will be ordered to leave the building today, Mayor William Hallenbeck Jr. said Monday. A state inspection, he said, revealed that the boiler was unsafe and had to be disconnected by the Department of Public Works.

The building was foreclosed on by the city for non-payment of taxes and sold at auction June 1 to the Galvan Foundation, which was top bidder at $354,000. Galvan, however, backed out apparently because the title is contested by the First Church of God in Christ.
