Jaymes Taylor, 21, of West Lebanon, went into the Columbia County Courthouse in a striped prison outfit and handcuffs for sentencing Tuesday. His prison stay stemmed from violating his five year probationary period after he broke into the New Lebanon Little League concession stand in June 2010 with two other men.

Lars Haas and Jonathan Rounds, both 20 were convicted of burglary with Taylor. Rounds was granted youthful offender status on June 22, 2011. Although Taylor was initially eligible for youthful-offender status, he was denied by Columbia County Judge Jonathan Nichols. Being granted the status could have led to youthful adjudication, which allows for arrest records of the case to be sealed.
