GHENT — At last week’s meeting of the Ghent Planning Board, Brian Hemlock, president of TCI of NY, presented facts about his company in response to questions raised by board members at the January meeting. TCI, he said, helps companies and utilities such as National Grid, Central Hudson and Con Edison retire, dispose of or reuse oil-filled electrical equipment.
