YOUTH SPORTS
HUDSON — The Hudson Department of Youth played four fall soccer league games last Saturday. In Division 1 play for 7-8-year-olds, AAA Roofing defeated Bagel Tyme 3-1. Gian Verna scored one goal for Bagel Tyme. Jackson Moon scored two goals and Melik Christian scored one goal for AAA Roofing. In the second game, Hudson Powerboat and Hudson Teachers played to a 1–1 tie. Lynette Dellavechia scored for Hudson Powerboat and Nick Bernockie scored for Hudson Teachers.
In Division 2 play for 9-11-year-olds, Hudson Police Benevolent Association defeated Investments in Youth 3-2. Matt Sweet scored once and Noah Finney scored one goal for Investments in Youth. Matthew Haigh, Nytrell Franklin and Chris Gardener all scored one goal each for Hudson PBA. In the second game Meyers Tree Service defeated Weichert Realtors 3-1. Mark Tomaso scored three goals for Meyers Tree Service. Jeremy Ramirez scored the only goal for the Realtors.

Jerry Gregory put the All-County Bowling League on notice Monday night by ripping a 265-699 triple as Integrated Technologies lit up the Don Baker Farm 3-1. Phil Doris led the Farmers with a 203-555. In other action, Chris Ellithorpe’s 681 triple and Chip Martins’ 663 triple paced Fairview Books as they read the riot act to Dave Goetchius’ 179-494 and Todd Farrell’s Car Care, 4-0. Steve Markowitz rolled a 190-531 as Bagel Tyme toasted The Lunch Box 3-1. Roger Dooley led Lunch Box with a 215-563. Andy Rowe’s 191-534 triple helped Hudson Park Restaurant wrap Mike Leedy and Strongtree Coffee Bar 4-0. Leedy rolled a 167-431 in defeat.
