  • Michael P. Marsh, 22; David Cass Rutkowski Jr., 22, both of Philmont; and Jeffrey S. Meyers, 36, of Hudson were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana Sept. 21 by Hudson Police Officer Dean Rowe.
  • Kevin Allen, 29, of Philmont was charged with second-degree harassment by HPD Officer Jeffrey Keyser Sept. 22 for allegedly threatening to beat someone.
  •  An 11-year-old Hudson juvenile was charged with third-degree attempted assault by HPD Officer William Wrigley Sept. 22 for allegedly punching a 10-year-old several times in the face at the Hudson Middle School.
  •  Christopher D. Welch, 17, of Hudson was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon by HPD Officer Jason Finn Sept. 22 for allegedly having marijuana and a “Kung Fu star.”
  • Gary E. Holmes, 25, of Hudson was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana by HPD Officer Jason Finn after a traffic stop Sept. 24.
  •  Kirk Charles Ford, 32, was charged with fourth-degree criminal facilitation by HPD Officer James Nero after turning himself in for allegedly assisting another person in the burglary of an apartment where a laptop computer was stolen on Sept. 16 at a residence on the 700 block of Warren Street.
  •  Phillip A. Graziano, 63, of Hudson was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, first-offense DWI and failure to keep right by HPD Officer Jason Finn Sept. 26.
  •  Myloh W. Villaronga, 30, of Athens was charged with second-degree harassment by HPD Sgt. Thomas Foutch Sept. 27 for allegedly harassing a woman with physical contact during a domestic incident.
  •  Luis E Padilla, 38, of Hudson was arrested Sept. 27 by HPD Officer James Nero and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief for allegedly causing damage to a wall in a residence during a domestic incident.
  •  Olivia E. Garcia, 53, of Hudson was charged with third-degree falsely reporting an incident Sept. 27 by HPD Officer Mishanda Franklin after turning herself in for allegedly reporting information to the HPD that was not true.
  •  Joel P. Dorval, 20, of Hudson was arrested by HPD Sgt. Corey Skype Sept. 28 and charged with third and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon after turning himself in for allegedly being in possession of ecstasy pills with the intent to sell and a .38 handgun.
  •  Timothy M. Malchow, 21, of Purling and Sean M. Begley, 19,  of Cairo were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana by HPD Sgt. Thomas Foutch and Officer Nicholas Pierro Sept. 29.
  •  Kelly M. Teegarden, 23, of Stottville was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment by HPD Officer William Wrigley Sept. 28 for allegedly sending a male victim threatening text messages on his cell phone.
  •  Christopher J. Mann, 21, of Hudson was arrested on a warrant for allegedly violating his parole by being near the Department of Social Services.
  •  James L. Gilchrist, 30, of Moorestown, N.J., was arrested by HPD Officer Daniel Scali after being released from Westchester County Jail Sept. 30 and charged with third-degree burglary, petty larceny and possession of a hypodermic instrument for allegedly stealing needles, 18 vials of Propofol, 10 vials of Diphenhydramine and two vials of Vasopressin from a medical facility Aug. 2.
