Police say sex offender didn't register
A Hudson man was charged with first-offense failure to register by the Hudson Police Department over the weekend.
Harry Myron Wheeler, 41, turned himself in to HPD and was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.
Wheeler was convicted of third-degree rape in 2001 and must legally register with the closest police agency.
