Work has begun on the creation of the Charles Williams Park Project at the end of Mill Street in Hudson. Currently, a bulldozer operator is leveling the area and eventually the park will contain sports fields, basketball courts and a hiking trail. The park is being funded by a $250,000 grant from the state Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation.Robert Ragaini/Hudson-Catskill Newspapers
