A Hudson man was arrested Saturday for disorderly conduct after authorities were called three times to the Rip Van Winkle Campground, in Saugerties, according to Saugerties police.

Police were called to the campground at 1:13 a.m., when Yusko, 40, allegedly threatened campground staff who had asked him to turn music at his campsite turned down. According to police, Yusko was calmed down and no charges were filed.
At 1:58 a.m., campsite staff called authorities again, when they witnessed a physical domestic dispute involving Yusko and his girlfriend, police said. Again, Yusko was calmed and charges were not filed.
At 4: 23 a.m. police responded to the campsite after Yusko allegedly threatened physical injury to campground staff who asked again that Yusko keep yelling at his campsite down, police said.
According to police, Yusko attempted to pull away from officers and approach campground staff. He again threatened staff harm, according to police.
Yusko was charged with two counts of harassment, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Yusko became physically violent while being booked at police headquarters, police said, and was charged on a second count of resisting arrest.
Yusko was charged with obstructing administration charges when he refused to provide arrest report information such as fingerprints and photographs, according to police.
Yusko was arraigned before Town of Saugerties justice court and remanded to Ulster County Jail on $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 bond to reappear at a later date.
A Rip Van Winkle Campground manager said such an incident had never happened before.

" First of all.... This article is all wrong!!! If thier was domestic dispute, he would have been arrested on the spot... I was thier, Witnessed the whole thing... The third time the cops came, the campers were in their camper being very quiet!!! The owner stood outside the camper Listining to them in the camper... When I heard them say they were going to call 911, thats when the owner turned on his flashlight and told them he was calling the cops... The defendant, was alarmed did not know who was standing outside his camper... After realizing that someone was out thier he opened his door to see whom it was!!!! I have been reading articles on this campsite, thier was a post from another holiday weekend stating that another camper had loud music on and using profanity at 1 in the morning, He complained to the owner and the owner shruged his shoulders stating it was a holiday weekend thiers nothing he could do.... NOW WHERE IS THE JUSTICE??? Thanks Tim for your comment. "
