SAUGERTIES — Walter M. Moore, 71, of Ralph Vedder Road, Saugerties died on Saturday, May 23, 2009 at St. Peter’s Hospital in Albany.
He was born in New York City on Oct. 20, 1937, son of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Moore. He was a real estate agent with Westwood Metes and Bounds. He was an avid bowler and golfer.
He is survived by his wife Loretta, a son Mark, a daughter Janice, a brother Martin, five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a son, Walter Jr.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 6 at the Calvary Chapel of the Hudson Valley, 36 Firemen’s Way, Poughkeepsie.
Arrangements are by the Buono Funeral Service Inc., Saugerties.
