Town, man, battle over ‘junk’

NEW LEBANON — The town of New Lebanon is strictly enforcing their law against “junk,” and for some, this is bad news.

Robert Mittnight, Jr. of Stephentown is the latest person to face the law, because of noncompliance of previous orders to remove what Zoning Enforcement Officer Stan Koloski calls “offensive material.”
